Fridge was delivered on time.The next morning, I found FROST along the freezer door. A lit!!I immediately called and asked for the fridge to be taken back and bring a new one.It was backorder and I had to wait a month!@New fridge was delivered on 10/24/34..it's working perfectly!

We upgraded our refrigerator to increase food storage and hoping for a quieter unit than our old (20 yrs) unit. Love the storage. The hum of the running refrigerator is louder than we expected. Smaller refrigerators typically go into smaller homes/apartments. We live in a 400 sq ft park model home so we hear everything. Perhaps I'm asking too much?

We bought the Frigidaire model FFTR2045VS because it is somewhat bigger than our old refrigerator bit still fits in to the space we have. We like the glass shelves and clear produce bins which allow us to see things better. We also like the adjustable shelves and the glass freezer shelf.Two issues: the bins are a bit smaller than we expected, and there is no light in the freezer.Overall, we are pleased with the refrigerator.

I was originally specing a competitors refrigerator and microwave as a matching set, but the Friedman's sales guy asked if I had looked at the Fridgidaire set. He recommended the Fridigaire brand and stated that for the same price point, these units were higher end and a better value. Once I had a chance to review the data sheets for the refrigerator and microwave I was convinced that they definitely were better units for the same price. Now that they are installed, I am even mor impressed with how they look and compliment my new kitchen. I will definitely look at other Frigidaire models for future use!

The new design for the food storage are a plus. Glad, the butter holder was out of the new design. But the height of the typical milk or juice container does not fit on the inside of the refrigerator lower shelf. Now those containers are in the door storage area. Normally, I wanted the milk and juice in the coldest part of the refrigerator.

Just replaced a 24+-year-old Frigidaire. This fits into a tight space and has terrific visibility. Door shelves are deep enough to hold milk jugs. Shelves are clear so easy to find items. Love the large deli/dairy drawer. Only wish it had a light in the freezer. Door design is easy to open and closes very securely every time.

I purchased this refrigerator for my pantry in my new build. It™™s perfect for an extra refrigerator for drinks and extra holiday food. The smudges on this fridge drive me nuts though. I constantly have to clean it but it does keep my seltzer water really cold-just like I like it!

It was purchashed as a refrigerator for our terrace level bar area. I like the interior design which includes three pull out bins and spacious shelving inside the doors. The ice maker makes smaller ice cube which is an added bonus in a bar area.

DO NOT! Buy or deal with this product or Frigidaire as a company! I purchased this product on August 17 2024, it lasted a month and 2 weeks! When you call to replace it, their policy is they have to attempt 3 separate repairs before they consider replacing it, leaving the customer with the inconvenience of dealing with a 3rd party repair service, I had food that went bad, and lost hours at work scheduling the repair service. Of course when the guy came to repair he didn™™t have the part he needed so they had to order it! Then reschedule to come back out! Meanwhile I™™m without a refrigerator! This past Friday oct 25, 2024, the guy came to repair it! It still doesn™™t work, now I have to wait till Monday to call back and schedule them to come out again possibly losing more hours at work! Over a brand new refrigerator! When they should just have replaced it as to not inconvenience the customer! I am still without a refrigerator! Frigidaire you are a horrible company! My next call is to the local news over this horrible ordeal! I need a refrigerator asap! Just replace it!

Only been in use for 6 days but no issue so far. I love the wide drawer and the door shelves are deep which is a plus. Seems to be cooling/freezing just as it should. Only con was that after removing the protective film, I saw on the top inside of the refrigerator door some white substance and the seal was a bit cracked. I cleaned it and will keep an eye on it and address it if I need to before my warranty is up.

tremendous amount of space inside the fridge AND the freezer. don't know how you do it. i love that i can put so much stuff in the door shelves. very easy to put alot of stuff in without having to cram everything in.

I would give a 0 if I could. Had unit less then 6months had a repair man out thought it was fixed but it quit again. I lost 2 rounds of groceries now and fridgidaire wants to send a repair man again. I want it replaced but they won't do it. Do yourself a favor and don't buy anything with fridgidaire name. They do not stand behind there product and could careless about customer service.

UNFORTUNATELY TODAY I RETURNED HOME FROM WORKING A 12 HOUR SHIFT TO FIND OUT MY BRAND NEW 2 MONTH OLD REFRIGERATOR WAS NOT WORKING,,,,MY FROZEN FOOD WAS MELTED MY FOOD IN THE REFRIGERATOR WAS SPOILED. I PURCHASED THIS REFRIGERATOR IN AUGUST 22ND 2024 AND TODAY OCTOBER 24TH 2024 IT IS NOT WORKING. I CALLED THE NUMBER TO GET SOME ASSISTANCE WITH ITS REPAIR AND I WAS GIVEN AN APPOINTMENT FOR SERVICE FOR THE FOLLOWING WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 30TH 6 DAYS LATER. I WAS OFFERED NO TEMPORARY SOLUTION TO THIS PROBLEM. WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO UNTIL THEN. I HAVE SMALL CHILDREN AND I GUESS THIS COMPANY-FRIGIDAIRE THINKS THAT WE HAVE NO NEED FOR REFRIGERATED GOODS UNTIL THEN. I AM DEEPLY SADDENED THAT THIS HAPPENED.

Wasn't the fingerprint resistant one, which is what we wanted; they were out of stock unfortunately. I even checked each of the big box stores. Will take more effort to keep it fingerprint free and looking good. Otherwise, wonderful frig. Love it.

I have two other 30" Frigidaire refrigerators and one 19". The door shelves are a big improvement over prior models, as is the full-width drawer. The soft-close door and increased freezer capacity are improvements. The fact that I keep buying Frigidaire tells you everything you need to know,

I really love my new refrigerator . It's simple classy and very spacious inside. I like the No handles and how each area has its own temperature control. I owned a Kenmore, which was very expensive and a waste of money purchasing. I think the ease of retrieving any item is wonderful. My husband actually loves it as well. Very good buy and I'm quite satisfied .

So far, it has been great. It has so much room. It is only a couple cubic feet larger than our old one but it sure seems like more. And the lighting and temperature control have been great. It is very quiet, don't even hear it running. And I love the outside finish. I got the stainless steel and it is beautiful. Overall, it has met all my expectations.
