I love my new washer. I had the same exact washer for 6 years without a single problem. I needed a new part that helps the drum spin but decided to buy new. After looking at many models I just couldn't find one with all the features I love about my figidare washer. So I bought the same one. Except my new one has a soft close lid that I love. Best washer I've had.

I have never been so disappointed in an appliance. I have purchased this washer 2x over. I was assured that the issues I experienced with the first set was unusual. Now that I'm nearly 2 years in on my second set, I know the truth.The agitator is nearly useless. The load capacity is less than half of Amy other washer I've ever owned. 1 bath sheet, 1 towel, and a few washcloths? Could be a problem. Hoodies? Bedding?? Think again. I take all my linens to the laundromat 23 miles away, DESPITE having paid over $1000 for the machine and a warranty I've had to use 4x so far (machine is 2 years old now).

I wish someone could tell me why it is necessary for the agitator to come on back and forth 12 times and wide all the clothes up in a ball! I am always pushing pause straightening the clothes out before it starts the actual wash cycle. Other than that it's a great washer!

Worst washer ever. I got a hole in the tub and you have two options for water, either leave it and go, and your clothes do not even get wet, or max fill, and it's too much water. I regret purchasing this washing machine.

I don't like this washer at all. Never fill water as needed, my laundry is been turned half dry if I don't select maximum fill which is ridiculous because I don't wash full machine of clothes. You don't have an opinion to adjust the water level as you want, it's half dry clothes washing or few towels are swimming in full machine of water which is stupid and unnecessary. I literally have to add water with bucket to wash my clothes properly. Also "quick" wash isn't quick, it takes an hour. No energy and water efficient whatsoever. Very disappointed.

I bought this washer in 11/2020. The gear case clutch assembly just failed. The machine hasn't even lasted 4 years. The appliance repair specialist I brought out said it would cost just as much to get a new part, wait for it to come in (because it's on back order) and install it, as it would cost to replace the machine. I hope I can get the repair covered by the warranty.

The worst washing machine and dryer combo I have ever used in my life. I have had this combo for about 2 years. The washer never fills with enough water to properly wash, it is loud and squeaky, and now has accumulated so much mold in the bin that it flakes all over the clothes when washing. It is impossible to keep this machine clean to avoid the build up of fabric softener in the dispensor and mold below this dispenser and around the basket rim. Horrible design and efficiency. First and last Frigidaire product I will own. The best too is when it cant keep the load even and restarts the cycle and runs for 6 hours in an attempt to spin properly... ya, that's very energy efficient. The dryer is the worst too.. takes 2-3 cycles compared to the 1 of the old dryer. Find an alternative cheap washer and/or dryer.

I had to get a washer cause my GE quit on me after 4 years. So I reviewed washers my son was at an appliance store not your typical box store. He called me and and put me on video chat. We went shopping. I wanted the frigidaire and they had one. So he brought it to me. The only draw back is in really short. I have to use a claw thing well it's a back scratcher to get the clothes from the back ro the front. Lol other than that it washes really well and spins out really really well. Less time drying

This replaces a washing machine with no agitator, which I detested!!! This machine, with an agitator, makes me happy! I haven't had a load become "uneven", clothes are getting clean, and aren't soooo wrinkled, and wrapped around each other. This machine works GREAT!
