Cook/bakes great. Disappointed in top

Bought in Feb. The mechanics are great. Even baking, broiling, cooking. But the black finish on the grill top is wearing off. As I started researching, I found out it was porcelain and this happens. I am beyond disappointed. I would have liked the option for cast iron grill top pieces. I would recommend that if it's something I missed.

Love the 5th burner !

This is our first Maytag! I really love this range especially the 5th burner! Be warned though the first time you use the oven there is a odor but it will go away after the first few times using it. The odor does not effect the taste of the food however.

This model was out of stock when I was ready to order, but the wait was worth it. I love the ease of cleaning the cooktop. I love the 5th burner and the griddle. This unit bakes as beautifully as it cooks. I'm so proud of the way it looks and functions.
