I have had this washer for a few months now and i am quite disappointed in the performance. The automated water control software does not fill enough water to clean clothes. It leaves residue on clothes.

We purchased a washer dryer and gas range and are truly happy we chose LG. The washer is a top load style with the agitator and it does a remarkable job on our clothes. The dryer is absolutely awesome as it is our first dryer the dries clothes quickly. The gas range Id phenomenal It has many features you only find in high end units and the grates are professional grade.

I bought this washer as a replacement of our 8 year old washer that began to fail. I had heard of many good reviews from our friends and from what Ive read. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised on how well it washes and its super quiet Compared to all of the other washers weve owned this one has been the best one. Not only does it clean better it has turbo wash which washes in half the time. It connects to LG ThinQ via WiFi so you can program the machine to your liking and updates your machine when need be. If youre in the market for a new washer consider this one... highly recommend

My 1 yr old LG washer stopped working after 8 days of when the warranty was over. I tried to see if Home Depot which is where I purchased it from needless to say they flat out told me no. I called talked to so many people trying to see if someone could do something since it was only 1 yr old of right at $1000 for it no response from no one. Finally after 3 months after paying $600 to try to fix it and couldnt LG Corporate came through were the sweetest people ever. My new washer was delivered on April 25th it had been 3 months without a washer. The washer is amazing I love it no type of noise the control system is great many to choose from. I am so very pleased with my new washer will continue to buy my appliances from them since now I have an account. God Bless Each Of You That Work With Me To My Life A Lot Easier. Thank You All So Very Much.
